Sberbank

Summary

Sberbank is the largest bank in Eastern Europe, serving 108.9 million clients and offering a wide range of services for individuals and businesses. During my time there, I had the opportunity to work on projects for the international online banking platform and an internal system for employees.

International online bank

Sberbank's international operations encompass a network of subsidiary banks, representative offices, and branches across 16 countries, employing over 28,000 people and serving more than 14 million clients.

During my tenure, I contributed to the development of the web interface for the international internet banking platform. Specifically, I was responsible for designing the transfer workflows and current account management processes within the web application.

Unified Front-End System

The UFS program aims to establish a unified service standard across all client interaction channels—bank branches, the mobile app, the web browser, and telephone services. By adopting a cross-channel approach, it ensures that Sberbank clients are consistently recognized across platforms. Additionally, the program is designed to enhance employee efficiency while providing customers with a more pleasant and convenient experience.

I developed several key modules for the UFS program, including:
• Ordering and Issuance of Bank Statements and References: An omnichannel business process enabling seamless handling of client requests across all service platforms.
• UFS System Administration Module: A tool designed for system administrators to manage and update operational parameters, such as creating new hints, configuring error messages, and modifying constraints and limits.
• Scanning and Printing Workflow: A system for bank employees to facilitate document scanning and printing, such as scanning client documents during loan applications.
• Transaction History Module: An omnichannel business process providing access to a detailed transaction history across all channels.
